I am a highly knowledgeable and skilled Training and Development Specialist with excellent interpersonal skills and strong abilities in designing, conducting, and implementing training and educational programs, offering value to organizations and individuals by contributing to growth and driving profitability as a trusted advisor and strategic business partner.  I successfully plan and promote organizational changes by working with management teams to develop departmental training strategies and oversee training, change management strategies and utilizing post implementation surveys.

I meticulously selects each speaker and/or topic that is added to VOE’s offerings. I am personally involved in the vetting process to ensure the end-product meets the expressed vision of the organization, which is that through the transforming power of encouragement, every person can achieve their fullest potential and participate in and contribute to all aspects of life.
